EC: A Bain Marie Is Better Than a Spoon Rest
Do you have a spoon rest? Do you love it? Because if so, please tell me. It is rare, with apologies to my former colleague, that I find someone who really loves their spoon rest. EC: Pedialyte Has Finally Acknowledged the Hungover Market
Where were you when you learned that Pedialyte was a hangover cure, not just a thing you drank after getting the stomach flu as a kid? For me, it was after a night in college when I had ill-advisedly attempted to "chase" bad vodka with raspberry sorbet. A friend of a friend had a bottle of Pedialyte in their room, and while I thought it was a weird, it totally helped.

EC: How to Navigate a Restaurant Supply Store
Stocking a kitchen can be expensive. Just ask anyone who's ever limped through the first month of living in a new apartment with a two plates and a coffee pot. Assembling what you need from traditional sources can be expensive, particularly if you're invested in getting certain brands for certain things.
