If there is one flavor combination of which I’ll never tire, it’s bread and cheese. The possibilities are infinite, and I’m not just talking about brie versus cheddar and whole wheat versus sourdough. I’m thinking about snacks like crispy cheese straws, buttery gougeres, and puffy pão de queijo.
To me, there is no greater comfort food than cacio e pepe. Hand me a bowl of pasta coated in salty cheese and freshly grated black pepper and I’ll need nothing else, except maybe a second helping. While I can’t say I’ve ever felt the urge to boil bucatini in the morning, I must advocate for cacio e pepe scrambled eggs.
I tried cheese tea and I hate to disappoint you, but it's not that weird.
