Staub, the French company known for creating heirloom kitchen pieces coveted by cooks everywhere, is already rolling out Black Friday deals in advance of Thanksgiving. The brand's 4-quart Dutch ovens (or cocottes), which are normally priced around $429, are now on sale for less than $100. That's a super sale savings of 77 percent.
These cast iron Dutch ovens are made with enameled cast iron, which gives you all the benefits of traditional cast iron without the hassle of special cleaning rules. You won't have to bother seasoning it, and you can even put these Dutch ovens in the dishwasher.
Each Staub Dutch oven features a self-basting spiked lid which releases condensation back into the food evenly for a moist and perfectly cooked result for dishes like short ribs or artisan breads. The pot is also oven safe (or campfire safe) up to 900 degrees Fahrenheit without the lid. With the lid, it can still sustain temps of 500 degrees F.

Several other stores, like Williams Sonoma, Food52, and Sur La Table, have also marked down these iconic pots. Food52 has two beautiful exclusive colors — sesame and turmeric — also marked down to just $100.
