Red Lobster Releases Limited-Edition Bloody Mary for New Year’s Brunch
Say cheers to the New Year's with lobster!
If you aren't sure what you're doing for New Year's brunch, here's a helpful suggestion: you might want some hair of the dog to beat that nasty hangover. And the best way to do that in New Year's 2020? At Red Lobster, which just unveiled a brand-new Bloody Mary cocktail that has all the fixings you'll need to recover — yes, even a Cheddar Bay Biscuit.
In case you didn't know, January 1st, or rather New Year's Day, is also National Bloody Mary Day and National Hangover Day. (Seems about right, huh?)
So, to celebrate the former unofficial food holiday (and probably the latter, too), Red Lobster introduced "The Lobster Claw Bloody Mary," which comes fully-loaded with tasty, decadent seafood goodies and a buttery Cheddar Bay Biscuit.
What's in the magical formula? You can expect Tito's Handmade Vodka with Red Lobster's very own house Bloody Mary Mix. As for the seafood choices, you'll find a selection of Maine lobster claw and jumbo shrimp. Then of course, you can nosh on the biscuit plain or dunk it in the Bloody Mary itself. It's a great sauce!
Finally, the drink is topped with a lime wedge and green olive, and for a kick, there's a spicy chipotle BBQ seasoning along the rim of the glass.
This limited-time drink special is available nationwide from Monday, December 30th through Sunday, February 2nd, so if you are 21 and older, you'll want to snag one before time runs out!
