It's hard to keep track of all of the companies—from small businesses to mega corporations—that are offering up acts of kindness in light of the coronavirus pandemic.

Now, beloved North Carolina-based biz, Krispy Kreme, has stepped up to support healthcare workers on the front lines of this crisis. "To share joy among the millions in the medical community, and to show our gratitude for all they are doing, beginning Monday, March 30–National Doctors’ Day–and on every subsequent Monday through National Nurses Week (May 6-12), Krispy Kremewill provide all healthcare workers free dozens of our iconic Original Glazed® Doughnuts," a press release read. To get the free doughnuts, healthcare workers can go to a Krispy Kreme drive-thru, share their order, and show their employer badge.

In addition to gifting the men and women in the medical field who do so much for us with free doughnuts, Krispy Kreme is also introducing a new offer for all customers starting Saturday, March 28th and running on subsequent Saturdays: For every pick-up, drive-thru, and delivery order of a full-price dozen Original Glazed Doughnuts or more, Krispy Kreme will throw in a free dozen Original Glazed Doughnuts. Dubbed the "Be Sweet Dozen," the free dozen will include a smiley-face doughnut, and guests are encouraged to share them with loved ones or neighbors to brighten their day. Per the press release, these doughnuts will be securely sealed and bagged individually, along with instructions for contactless drop-off, including social distancing and safety guidelines. For more on the brand's coronavirus-related updates, click here.
