First, if you're looking for a refreshing beer to start your day off right, stop by Ninkasi Brewery on 272 Van Buren St, and pick up a Believer Double Red Ale. Packed with a complexity of flavors in its profile, the rich, malt body perfectly balances the crisp hop presence throughout. The suggested food pairings to accompany this brew, are pork, lamb, pizza, rich creamy cheeses, and chocolate, so we have a perfect tailgating recipe for each! Click the picture for the Recipe.
