How to Make It

Microwave chopped white chocolate and whipping cream at HIGH in a 2-cup glass measuring cup 30 seconds to 1 minute or until melted, stirring twice. Whisk in butter until blended, and spoon immediately over éclairs.

Perfect if you want it to taste like butter. The butter was overwhelming. The glaze ended up not tasting sweet. I had to mix in some confectioner's sugar and more cream to get this back on track.
