Don't worry if you don't want to shell out the $25—you can get a cheaper alternative on Amazon OR you can forgo the special pan and make White Chocolate-Cinnamon Toast Bark instead.   • Melt 3 cups white chocolate in double boiler or microwaved in 30-second intervals, stirring between intervals.

  • Add cinnamon; stir to combine. 

  • In a 12-well silicone snack bar pan: Place 3-6 cereal pieces in each well. Spoon chocolate over cereal. Immediately place 3-6 more cereal pieces on top of chocolate. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips evenly over the wells.

Tip: White chocolate hardens quickly, so act fast as you're assembling the candy bars.
