I've been making something similar for years; garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, & capers for a vinegarette, northern beans or canelli, red & yellow peppers for crunch, color & pizzaz.
Made this for a picnic dinner and it was ok. I had the leftovers for lunch but added some Pinot Grigio vinegar and Papadew peppers. Now that made it really yummy!
I grilled tuna steaks and then sliced/chopped it...makes the salad totally yummy!! Dressing is fabulous!
