Everything you love about a classic wedge salad, but in portable, party-perfect form. 

How to Make It

Step 1

Cut romaine lettuce heart in half lengthwise. Place romaine halves on a cutting board, flat-side down, and cut in half lengthwise again. Cut each long quarter into 4 (2-inch) pieces to create 16 “cubes.”

Step 2

Stir together mayonnaise, buttermilk, lemon juice, pepper, salt, and half of the blue cheese in a small bowl. 

Step 3

Alternately thread romaine cubes, cherry tomatoes, and red onions evenly onto 8 (6-inch) skewers. Place skewers on a platter. Drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with bacon crumbles and remaining blue cheese.
