How to Make It

Step 1

Bring a pot of water to boil. Add beans; cook 5 minutes. Drain well.

Step 2

Combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, Sriracha, vinegar, and sesame oil in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add wax beans and cilantro to bowl; toss to coat. Sprinkle with peanuts.

We buy wax beans quite often at the farmer's market. This was a great alternative way to dress them up - and I had all of the ingredients already (except for the cilantro). I will definitely make this recipe again (would also be great with green beans).
