I made this smoothie with a yellow watermelon from my uncle's garden, a few sprigs of fresh mint from my potted mint plant by the kitchen window, and vanilla greek yogurt (plus a few ice cubes) and it was so refreshing! An outstanding drink for cooling down after a hot day and a great way to use watermelon if you are having trouble eating the whole thing yourself.
How to Make It
Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
