How to Make It
Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
Crack an egg in the pan and stir constantly to scramble. Add leftover rice, soy sauce, and cashews; cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently. Season to taste with salt.
Remove from heat, stir in green onion, and drizzle with Sriracha.
