This sandwich really hit the taste buds in a good way!
Easy recipe to follow and quick to put together.
I did add something to the sandwich, just because I had some eggplant on hand. I peeled and sliced this, brushed olive oil on both sides and cooked it in the oven at 350° for about 10 minutes each side. Then I added this last to the sandwich before putting the top slice of bread on.
Anyway it was very good and I would definitely make this again.
