How to Make It

Step 1

Cook ground beef in a medium skillet over medium, stirring to crumble, until cooked through.  Drain meat in collander; reserve drippings.

Step 2

Fold whipped cream into avocado puree; set aside.

Step 3

Pour hot coffee into a 2 cup measuring cup. Add reserved drippings, butter, and coconut oil, and whisk until blended, or use an immersion blender to combine. Pour into a mug; top with whipped avocado cream, and garnish with crumbled beef and bacon slice.
