Great tasting recipe! I used grilled chicken strips which I cut up and put into a whole grain pita pocket then topped it with the tzatziki which made for any easy to eat lunch. Using fresh lemons, and dill are a must!
What a tasty treat without much work! The flavor combination was excellent. I served this on a Flatout wrap for lunch and enjoyed every bite.
Delicious! I made this chicken salad the day before a big party. By the time the party started, the flavors had blended nicely. I didn't peel or seed my cucumbers and added just a touch more garlic. It was served out of a bowl with veggie sticks, pita chips, and whole wheat bread on the side to be eaten as a dip or as a sandwich. I had doubled the recipe to be sure I had enough for 30 people and came back with very little. It was a hit!
Absolutely delicious! Wouldn't change a thing!
great dish! am a huge gyro fan but those aren't so healthy :-( has great flavors - would add a little heat next time.
I really liked this, and would make it again, especially as it was very low in calories/fat. Great for mid-week lunches. I made with 0% greek yogurt, and forgot to seed the cucumber; I found that after sitting in the fridge, it did get a bit watery/runny - don't know if it was the lower fat yogurt or the cucs. Would dry the cucumbers next time.
This chicken salad was delicious! Great blend of flavors...the fresh herbs were a must. I'll definitely make again soon. I served on rolls instead of with pita chips.
