How to Make It

In the center of each tortilla, layer some lettuce, turkey, tomato, and cucumber. Spread the pesto over the top and roll like a burrito.

Although these wraps had great potential, in the end they were very disappointing. They were a soggy mess by the time we sat down to eat them two hours after I made them. If you make these, definitely eat them immediately. Also, seeding the tomatoes would probably help lessen the soggy factor. However, there are so many other good wrap recipes out there, I'm not inspired to modify this recipe and try it again.
