  • In a non-stick skillet, brown ground turkey with taco seasoning mix until browned. Rinse, dry and tear lettuce into bite size pieces in a large salad bowl. Rinse and slice all vegetables and toss with lettuce. Mix drained beans with salsa. Top salad with cooked ground turkey, beans mixture, and chopped avocado. Enjoy.
