How to Make It

Step 1

Place a plate in oven; preheat to 200°F. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except oil. Mix well. Form mixture into 12 1/2-inch-thick patties. Put patties on a second plate.

Step 2

Warm 1 Tbsp. oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Working in batches, place patties in skillet in a single layer. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 6 minutes total, flipping once or twice. Transfer cooked patties to plate in oven. Wipe out skillet and repeat with remaining oil and patties. Serve warm.

Quick and easy recipe with cheap ingredients. My husband and kid LOVE them. I've made this quite a few times now with both tuna and salmon. Perfect every time!
