  • Place a plate in oven; preheat to 200°F. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except oil. Mix well. Form mixture into 12 1/2-inch-thick patties. Put patties on a second plate.

  • Warm 1 Tbsp. oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Working in batches, place patties in skillet in a single layer. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 6 minutes total, flipping once or twice. Transfer cooked patties to plate in oven. Wipe out skillet and repeat with remaining oil and patties. Serve warm.
