How to Make It

Step 1

Combine first 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.

Step 2

Fill 4 tall glasses with crushed ice; add 1 cup juice mixture and 1/2 cup ginger ale to each glass. Stir gently; serve immediately.

Chef's Notes

The juice mixture can easily be made a day in advance. Cover and store in the refrigerator, and add the ginger ale at serving time.
