We worked hard to get a milk shake that is decadent enough for dessert, yet healthier than its full-fat counterpart. We're confident we succeeded. If you're serving more than two people, simply double the ingredients for four servings.
1 1/4 cups chocolate fudge fat-free, no sugar added ice cream (such as Edy's)
1/2 cup 1% low-fat chocolate milk
2 tablespoons cream of coconut
1 tablespoon fat-free chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons canned refrigerated light whipped cream (such as Reddi-wip)
2 teaspoons flaked sweetened coconut, toasted
How to Make It
Place first 4 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Pour milk shake into chilled glasses; top with whipped cream and toasted coconut.
