How to Make It

Bring first 7 ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat; add chicken and next 4 ingredients, and simmer 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips and, if desired, cheese and green onions.

I love this recipe. I have made it both with and without the half and half and love it both ways.

Wonderful and easy to make. I always use a rotissere chicken to make it that much quicker. Sometimes I add green chilis to it. My kids even love this one. A little spicey but you can tone it down by adding more half and half or cutting back on the spices.
