How to Make It

Step 1

Cook cheese tortellini according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water.

Step 2

Toss together tortellini and next 5 ingredients; garnish, if desired. Serve immediately.

Meh . . . it was okay. Not bad, not great. I wish I had used Kalamata olives instead of black olives.

Enjoyed the recipe very much. Did half whole wheat and half regular tortellini. Added roasted red peppers and sliced almonds. Also used a Greek Vinigairette which was really tasty! Would definitely make this again. Paired it with tomato/mozarella paninis.
