For those of you who couldn't find the tomato in the vinaigrette??? The very first ingredient states: 1 cup diced firm-ripe tomatoes (about 8 oz.) This is an excellent recipe. I always serve it with garlic bread or bread sticks, wine and a nice berry dessert. I always get compliments!
