How to Make It

Broil baguette slices 3 minutes. Melt butter in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Add tomato; sauté 2 minutes. Stir in parsley. Serve over toast.

How to use up fresh garden tomatoes?  This recipe is a good idea and very easy.  The butter in the tomatoes really makes it taste rich.  I'd probably use dried basil (or even fresh) next time instead of the parsley.
