I often serve just sliced tomato and avocado - sometimes with cucumber slices too - as a side. This is a nice way to change it up a bit without making it much more difficult. Can't wait to use garden fresh tomatoes. Will make again for sure.

How to Make It
Arrange sliced tomatoes and avocado on a platter; top evenly with onion, cilantro, lemon juice, chipotle chile powder, kosher salt, and black pepper.
