Great side. Quick, tasty, pairs great with salmon. I used whole wheat couscous from Trader Joe's (normally I don't love whole wheat products) but the flavor and texture was still great.

Overall quite tasty, but I could have used a little bit less onion.

This recipe is great *IF* you use veggie broth instead of chicken broth! The veggie broth is healthier and lighter and better. the chckn broth adds unnecessary sodium (yuck)and just doesn't flavor right! So it's healthier and tastier with the goodness of veggie broth; I use a few different brands and sometimes make myself. Enjoy!☀/★/☼

The was a hit. My 15 year old daughter really liked it. I had dried dill but I think the fresh would give it a better kick.

Super-fast and easy. Uses staples usually on hand. My kids (4, 8, 15) all love it. Keeps well into the next day. I prefer it just warm vs cold.
