Deliciously fresh tasting! I love that there is no oil in this salad - the little bit of salt that is added brings out all the wonderful flavors of the vegetables. An easy, healthy side dish that is very company worthy!
This is so similar to the Persian Shirazi salad except dried or fresh dill is used instead. Add juice of one lime, drizzle olive oil and a splash of red or white vinegar. It's a really good summer salad.
