Yield
Serves 32 (serving size: 1 tablespoon dip and 3 apple wedges)

Crunchy toffee bits stirred into a creamy dip make this impossible to stop eating. It’s kid and adult friendly. Coating the apples with pineapple juice prevent them from browning.

How to Make It

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. Add toffee bits; mix well. Cover and chill. Combine juice and apples in a bowl; toss well. Drain apples; serve with dip.

This is so delicious as written. The pineapple juice does such an amazing job keeping the apples nice and white. My boyfriend thought this sounded like a lame party dish, but then couldn't stay away from it. So yummy!

Yes you can make it just like the recipe or you can make it decadent. Just use regular cream cheese and cut up two Skor or Heath Bars to use instead of toffee bits. This is the best!!!!

Excellent recipe! I get asked for copies of the recipe everytime I make it. Perfect for fall. The red and green apples make a great presentation.
