Just when you think this is too spicy, the sweetness of the fruit kicks in. So much going on in here flavorwise it's hard to describe, but a really surprising and wonderful blend of flavors. Perfect with a savory dinner.

Loved this homemade salsa, and I'm not a salsa fan. Made it for a BBQ and everyone enjoyed it. We used more jalapeno and it was a little too spicy for me, but others enjoyed it, and I don't do well with spicy items anyways. Definitely will make again next summer.

Worked so well with Hoisin & Bourbon-Glazed Pork Tenderloin.
