I love the concept but the flavor was not so great. I served it at a dinner with friends and while we all ate some, we decided that the recipe needs to be changed a bit. It was too oily, so I would definitley cut down on the olive oil. There was another flavor that just wasn't working for me and I am not sure what it was. I will make this again but will experiment with other ingredients. I also made it with gluten free spiral (couldn't find gluten free shells) pasta and no one noticed.
