  • In a smallish bowl, beat the eggs with milk.

  • In a frying pan on medium heat, melt a little butter but be careful not to burn it—that’ll make Paula Deen mad, y’all!

  • Dip each slice of bread into the bowl and swoosh it around to ensure it soaks up the egg mixture. Raise the slice with a fork, let excess mixture drip into the bowl and fry that bad boy in the hot pan. Do this with every slice, unless you enjoy soggy-raw-egg bread.
