It's all of your favorite Thanksgiving feast flavors… piled into one epic holiday pizza. This festive Thanksgiving pie is obviously an excellent use for your turkey day leftovers, but it would also make for a great centerpiece dish for your Friendsgiving celebration.
Something is very wrong with the recipe. An incomplete list:
¾ cranberry sauce - 3/4 C? 3/4 can?
2 barbecue sauce - 2 tsp? 2 jars?
1 ¼ cooked, peeled sweet potato, cut into cubes - 1 1/4 sweet potato?
1 1/4 C sweet potato? 1 1/4 lbs sweet potato?
1 shredded Brussels sprouts -- really, just 1 sprout? or 1 bushel?
2 olive oil - 2 TBSP, 2 C, 2 gallons?
And, especially problematic...
1 ½ chopped or shredded roast turkey -- can you really fit 1 1/2 turkeys onto a single pizza crust?
This might be great, but I'm not trying it like this!
