How to Make It

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Divide beef mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch-thick patty.

Prepare grill.

Very good, made with 90/10 ground beef. Used bottled ginger & garlic so it was a superfast prep. We needed one veggie burger, too, so reserved a bit of the teriyaki sauce before mixing with the meat & used it to season a portobello cap. Juicy burgers, served with first corn of the season.
