These Tasty Turkey Burgers are delicious. One online reviewer says, "I never knew turkey burgers could be so tasty. This recipe has a ton of flavor."

How to Make It

Step 1

Combine first 7 ingredients. Shape mixture into 4 equal-size patties.

Step 2

Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in center, basting each side occasionally with Fresh Herb Marinade.

Step 3

Grill buns, cut sides down, 2 minutes or until toasted. Serve burgers on buns with Herb-Grilled Onion Rings and desired toppings.

Step 4

Classic Burgers: Substitute 1 lb. ground chuck for ground turkey. Prepare recipe as directed.

Good weekday meal. I substituted shallots for green peppers, because that is what I had on hand. I would definitely make it again.

These were delicious! I sauteed the green pepper along with some minced onion in olive oil to make the burgers juicer. I served with the herb marinated onions and a caprese salad. The whole family loved it!

Turkey burgers are not hamburgers,so expectations need to be discussed with turkey burger virgins. This recipe is good; the meat is solid and not as juciy as a hamburger. It is, however, a "Tasty Turkey Burger". I would use it again.
