  • Combine cranberries, sugar, orange pekoe tea, and orange rind strips in a heavy nonreactive saucepan. Cover with water; bring to a simmer. Simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 10 minutes. Strain mixture through a sieve over a liquid measuring cup; discard solids.
