Cream butter in a large mixing bowl; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add egg and yolks, mixing well.
Combine flour and baking powder, stirring well. Gradually add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Stir in vanilla.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 325° for 55 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool cake in pan 10 minutes; invert onto cake platter, and cool completely.
Place two-thirds of Fluffy Butter Frosting in a large mixing bowl; add yellow food coloring to tint to desired shade. Mix well. Frost top and sides of cake. Place remaining Fluffy Butter Frosting in pastry bag; attractively pipe frosting onto top and around edges of cake.
