How to Make It

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except cooking spray in a bowl; stir well.

Step 2

Coat a nonstick griddle or large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Spoon about 1/4 cup mixture onto hot griddle or skillet; flatten slightly with a spatula. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

I agree with the first comment - this recipe was a stinker (I think they got the rating wrong though.) It didn't hold together and it was messy to try. Instead, I had to cook it like hash browns.

This recipe was a stinker. The mixture would not hold together in the pan. The proportions of potato and egg seem to be incorrect.
