This recipe offers a great use for figs that are very ripe (or even overripe) and need to be used soon. The riper the fig, the sweeter and more delicious in this creamy breakfast drink.

How to Make It

Place all ingredients in a blender; process 1 minute or until completely smooth. Divide mixture evenly among 3 glasses.

I make this with nonfat keifer instead of yogurt and milk.  I also add a little Stevia, but not much.  For one person, 3/4 cup keifer, 2 figs, a packet of Stevia, and 3 ice cubes does it.  So I changed it up to meet my needs, but thanks to CL for the idea!
