I have made this recipe many times and it is delicious! There were times when my local grocery store did not carry Ken's Light sweet Vidalia Dressing and I used Marie's coleslaw dressing. The only thing that I changed was I doubled the amount of pecans because I love them. I also grated my broccoli and carrots since I felt they were fresher than the packaged.
