How to Make It

Bring all ingredients to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until marmalade melts. Remove from heat, and let stand 30 minutes. Serve at room temperature. Cover and store in refrigerator up to 1 week.

It is too sweet if you add more sugar so it's better to taste little by little as you add sugar. I didn't add any sugar to my sauce and it had a nice sweet and sour taste without been to sweet or to sour. Excellent for dipping my pork dumplings!
