I made half this recipe for 2 of us and it was way over cooked. The meat took on a kind of grainy texture. i cooked it on slow for 6 1/2 hours so less than called for. i don't know if when using less chicken you cook it less because I made the full sauce recipe. The flavor was good and it wasn't a flop just overcooked. With reduced slow cooker time it would make a great weeknight all inclusive dinner.I added diced pineapple to the slaw
Made it for dinner yesterday and it was very good. Unlike many slow-cooker dishes, which can be bland, the flavors were very vibrant! We will be adding this one to our rotation.
