Made this to go with some the pork chops listed in the recipe. I didn't have jalapenos so I used a small, seeded serrano but otherwise made it as written. It was really incredible. The peaches we used, though, were why. Make this in season, and hug your farmer.

Have been making this for a few years and didn't realize that no one had rated it. Think recipe is great and have used it on pork as well as chicken. I usually have nectarines instead of peaches and I quickly peel them prior to using them. Recipe is forgiving and fortunately can be "taste tested" to make sure it has enough heat, honey, etc.
