How to Make It

Combine all ingredients in large shallow baking dish. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 4 hours or overnight.

Remove vegetables, reserving marinade. Alternately thread vegetables on skewers*. Grill kabobs, turning and basting frequently with reserved marinade, until done.

*If using wooden skewers soak in water at least 30 minutes prior to use.

Also terrific with Wish-Bone® Light Italian Dressing.
