Superfast & easy, made to recipe using a Schug pinot noir instead of Cab. Very nice way to end a weeknight meal.
OK. Easy to make, but not terribly exciting, in my opinion. Maybe better if it was treated more like a shortcake rather than an ice cream topping (ie, use the cherry mixture to replace strawberries in a strawberry shortcake ... a cherries jubilee shortcake!).
This was wonderful! I made it for my father on fathers day. He loves fresh cherries and is not too much into dessert, but he and the rest of the family (kids too) loved it!
