Cook until browned on the bottom, 4 to 5 minutes; turn with a wide spatula and cook until browned on the other side, 4 to 5 minutes. Continue to turn for even browning until meat is no longer pink in the center (cut to test), about 4 minutes longer. Season to taste with salt.
