Stuffed Medjool Dates will be the star appetizer at your next gathering. These exceptionally large, sweet dates are stuffed with almonds and creamy Gogonzola cheese. 

How to Make It

Make a lengthwise slit in each date and remove seed. Stuff each date with 1 almond and 1/2 teaspoon Gorgonzola and gently squeeze to close.

Hey im an israeli-american, 27 yo, family based in israel and resident of statten island for the past 3 years as I hold a dual citizenship.I believe the date itself has the majority of responsibilty here. My favorite kind of dates for eating, cooking or baking are definitely the mejhools from neot semadar. My sister Gal sends me around 80 of their super large dates in the original 400g box and I sometimes am lucky to share them with my friends, sometimes I abuse them when i get that need for organic sweets.hope this helps.. neot semadar has other organic date based products that you can enjoy in their Kibbutzes tavern or distributors.

Not as appetizing as other stuffed date recipes, likely because of the low calorie ingredients.
