So easy and so delicious! My one recommendation is that you use slightly under ripe avocados or they won't hold their shape and make for a slightly yuckier consistency (still tastes good though). I'm going to try this over grilled chicken next time, we just served it with Blue Corn tortilla chips for a light lunch.
LOVED THIS! I served it over grilled lean pork tenderloins. I would double the recipe because you will definitely want more the next day with chips. I would make this to impress people that strawberries and onions can actually taste amazing together.
