Fabulous! Used everything from my garden and made it in under 10 minutes including the dressing. Served it in a trifle bowl for a late Valentine's night supper and it looked beautiful. The dressing is a MUST as it holds the salad together. Company worthy and one I will definitely use again. Fresh herbs are a must for this one.Simple is beautiful!

I wasn't sure how the mint and basil would go with the strawberries, but it was a fresh change to the overly sweet dressings and balsalmic dressing that are normal on them. It's easy and a keeper at our house. I used shallots instead of chives because I didn't have them.
