Fabulous! Used everything from my garden and made it in under 10 minutes including the dressing. Served it in a trifle bowl for a late Valentine's night supper and it looked beautiful. The dressing is a MUST as it holds the salad together. Company worthy and one I will definitely use again. Fresh herbs are a must for this one.Simple is beautiful!

Simple ingredients that shine when together. I made this for a family picnic and it was well received. It was easy and delicious and screamed spring!

This was surprisingly good. I wasn't sure how the mint and basil would go with the strawberries, but it was a fresh change to the overly sweet dressings and balsalmic dressing that are normal on them. It's easy and a keeper at our house. I used shallots instead of chives because I didn't have them.

It never ceases to amaze me how well spinach and strawberries go together. Such a great, simple salad. The addition of mint was perfect! But I only give this 4 stars because the dressing didn't do it for me. I think a balsamic would have worked better for me.
