How to Make It

Step 1

Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl, stirring with a whisk.

Step 2

Combine cranberries, walnuts, spinach, and bacon in a bowl. Add oil mixture; toss. Top with blue cheese.

Another Great salad

Loved this one as we do most CL salad recipes.  We are huge salad fans and "in season" we eat them almost every day as our garden produces more lettuce and spinach than we can eat.  As most of the salads, this one is light and easy to make.
