If you don't like blue cheese, you can easily sub crumbled feta. This is a quick and easy salad that is elegant enough to serve to guests. Definitely a keeper recipe. I'd probably give it 5 stars by using cranberry vinegar (or raspberry or peach) in place of the plain white wine vinegar.
I assume this means real maple syrup & not breakfast syrup?
Loved this one as we do most CL salad recipes. We are huge salad fans and "in season" we eat them almost every day as our garden produces more lettuce and spinach than we can eat. As most of the salads, this one is light and easy to make.
